ELLIA Development values its subcontractors as a means by which to extend and improve its service to customers. ELLIA uses subcontractors that are the best in their respective fields, and several of them have worked with ELLIA for more than 30 years.
Our balanced use of laborers and subcontractors enables us to maintain flexibility, quickness, and control over our projects, and to offer a broad scope of services to a greater number of customers. Like the relationships we have fostered with our clients and employees, some of our subcontractors have been there with us since our beginnings in 1971. Newer subcontractors are highly referred to us by people we trust. Those subcontractors are then carefully screened and interviewed to ensure their qualifications and work excellence. ELLIA’s subcontractors are, of course, licensed, insured, and bonded to offer that additional layer of confidence for our customers and ourselves. Our customized subcontract agreement is signed with all of our subcontractors to ensure that all parties understand the scope of their work, and to ultimately deliver a successful result.
ELLIA regularly seeks to expand its network of subcontractors, particularly in areas of painting; electrical and plumbing work; masonry, cement, and stucco work; thermal protection, roofing and insulation; flooring installation; and finish carpentry.
